We have an amazing sliding scale fee model, while also accepting many major commercial insurance carriers, such as Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Connecticare and United Healthcare just to name a few. Please call for additional information.

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the late cancellation fee.
